Use your photographs or Gloria's. Transfer reality to artistry with ink, wax and watercolor on delicate rice-paper. Learn ancient techniques, play with layering color and go home with two wonderful paintings.

For those who have taken her workshop before, here is the opportunity to bring pieces from previous classes to to the studio to deepen, improve or add to it.

All materials and step by step instructions are provided. 

Teens/Adults of all skill levels. The class is equally effective for beginners, professional artists and those taking the course multiple times.  

About the instructor: Gloria Avner has been creating and teaching art professionally for over twenty years. She is well known for specializing in painting BATIK Style. Both beginners and professional artists like to take her courses more than once. Ms. Avner has traveled the world and ran an art gallery in Town Hill for 35 years (Aquarius Artifacts).
