Sundays, Jan 7th –28th, from 4pm -5:30pm
Join us for an exploration of movement expression, dance creativity, and communication through the structure of improvisation.
Each session will begin with a structured full-body warm-up which leads to more open-ended dance improvisation exercises. All abilities/ages welcome. What a wonderful way to spend time in ArtWaves fabulous dance studio!
