Inner Field Trip®: Puppetry with Lelania Avila Sunday, April 13, 9 AM - 12 PM in the Dance and Kaleidoscope Studios Each month participate in a Guided Adventure that includes meditation, reflection, art, movement and sound current healing: Inner Field Trip®. This is a longer version of the weekly Relax, Reflect, Recharge class, focused on our monthly theme. (Attendance at the weekly Relax, Reflect, Recharge class is not required.) During this three-hour session you will be guided through an experience of art, meditation and movement, with an emphasis on puppetry. The monthly theme is working with guilt to deepen our roots of Trust. Using found objects and our imagination, we will create puppets, and then use them to address the storylines of guilt, moving us to greater Response-Ability. Class starts in the Dance Studio for meditation and movement, then proceeds to the Kaleidoscope Studio for puppet making. We return to the dance studio where we complete the workshop with sound current healing.
