If you’ve got the basics down and want to push the materials further, here is the opportunity to try more complicated techniques like wet cyanotype, bleaching, and toning. Jennifer Booher will have a variety of papers and prints for you to experiment with. People under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Prepare to get messy!

About the Instructor: Jennifer Booher’s cyanotype work plays with seasonal changes and the optical properties of light. She has been a Resident Artist with Acadia National Park since 2015, and Artist-in-Residence with the Mount Desert Island Historical Society since 2018. Ms. Booher is the recipient of grants from the Maine Arts Commission, the Puffin Foundation and the Kindling Fund.
