Description
Join Mafe on Sundays for a fun and energetic introduction to latin rhythms including: salsa, bachata, and merengue. During the class, you will become familiar with the basic steps of each rhythm, show movements, and combinations. This class will cover the basis of each rhythm for solo dancing, not partner combinations. This class is safe and effective for all fitness levels.
