Kundalini Yoga Workshop with Siri ARTWAVES 1345A HWY 102 BAR HARBOR 207-266-0010 To Register: https://artwavesmdi.org/event-4850267 This workshop is intended to give students a first-hand experience of Kundalini Yoga alongside the beautiful teachings of Ayurveda for any given season. Saturday July 23rd, 2022, from 10:30am to 12:00pm $32.50 ($22.50 for members) Adults of all skill levels Classes include music (sometimes it's kind of loud!), chanting, breathwork, movement, and Ayurvedic theory.
