Come to a presentation by the MDI/Ellsworth chapter of Maine AllCare on the movement to establish a publicly funded healthcare system or all Maine residents. Maine AllCare, a nonprofit, non-partisan organization established in 2010, advocates that healthcare, a basic necessity, be treated as a public good, since it is fundamental to our well-being as individuals and as a democratic nation.
