Modern Dance Technique (Teen/Adult) -  In this introductory level class, we’ll work to develop a movement practice that centers both self-care and togetherness. We'll work to access availability, spaciousness, presence, and pleasure both individually and collectively. Students will investigate basic patterns of choreography, experimenting with principles of velocity and momentum and exploring personal and shared movement impulses.  Mondays from 6:15pm to 7:15pm ArtWaves  1345A Hwy 102 Bar Harbor 207-266-0010 Mar 14th, 21st, and 28th $45 for 3 sessions ($35 for members) To register: https://artwavesmdi.org/event-4721232 Or sign up for 1 or 2 sessions at $15 each. Teens and Adults of all skill levels Participants of diverse abilities, needs, and backgrounds are encouraged to participate.
