MDI Hospital is offering a Pelvic Floor Therapy Workshop on Thursday, March 21 from 5:30-7:00 pm. The workshop will take place in the Wolf Conference Center on the 2nd floor of the Lisa Stewart Women’s Health Center at 330 Main Street in Bar Harbor. Kacey Hutchins, Physical Therapist, will be discussing general anatomy and physiology of how the bladder works, simple strategies to take control over the urge to go, and yes, a few Kegels to get you and your girlfriends to stop peeing your pants and running to the bathroom.
