Join us to celebrate the Summer Solstice and international YOGA day on beautiful Frenchman's Bay! Wiggle your toes in the grass, listen to the waves crash on the rocky coastline, feel the sun on your skin and smell the salty ocean breeze all from your YOGA mat! Summer solstice yoga is a wonderful way to connect with nature and celebrate the longer sunnier days of summer! After class we will be offering a selection of solstice teas. There will also be the opportunity to meet our 2018 yoga instructors. Open to the PUBLIC! Mats provided. Locals please bring mat if you have one. We look forward to the opportunity to practice with you and kick off the summer!! Class is for all levels. Rain date is 6/22/2018
