Yoga Dance for young Families series
Description
Parents with children between the ages of 3 and 5 (and younger siblings) will move together to music using free form and circle dance as well as yoga and qigong for expression. There is no right or wrong way to move. Let's have fun! Classes are led by Susan Sassaman.
